We want you to enjoy our beautiful Downtown to its fullest. So whether you work downtown, or are visiting us for the first time, check out the alternatives we have to metred parking by utilizing one of the 500 free parking spaces that are centrally located.

If on-street parking is what you prefer, we offer a large selection of 3 hour spaces. Cost for this convenience is $1.00 per hour.  Our metres accept nickels, dimes, quarters, loonies and toonies.

Disabled Parking Spaces are also available along Manitoba Street, Dominion Street and Ontario Street. Free disabled spaced can be found within our parking lots.

Arrive by car, bus or boat the choice is yours.

By Car

From South:

Take HWY 400 toward Barrie
Take Provincial Route 11 N towards Orillia/North Bay
Follow Provincial Route 11 N until you reach Bracebridge
Take second exit which is Cedar Lane follow signs to Downtown

From North:

Take Provincial Route 11 S towards Toronto
Exit at Taylor Rd and follow signs to Bracebridge

From Georgian Bay and Area:

Exit at Hwy 69
Follow Provincial Route 118 East until Balls Drive
Continue Straight on Monck Road
Turn Right onto Manitoba St.

By Boat

Muskoka’s Downtown is conveniently located at the base of the Bracebridge Falls. Follow the Muskoka River until you reach Bracebridge Bay.
